old toys

Lately I've been revisiting neglected apps, perusing my personal library, and digging up old toys and video games. I rediscovered a couple of games that I haven't been able to stop playing since then, which explains my sporadic blog replying. Whoops. I'm sure in a day or two I'll get tired of playing Pop Cutie and Geomon, and be back on track.

As with my old toys, I find that I've been gravitating towards my "older" clothes as well. These Target clogs have definitely seen better days, but they're super comfy and (I'm convinced) go with pretty much everything, so I've been wearing them down even more lately.

  21. It's funny but I'm doing the same exact thing. I'm severely behind on blogging stuff and I can't seem to make things right. I think you're right about the clogs - very cute and versatile. I hope you have better luck than me with getting back on track.

  26. old clothes do become fabulous again when we find a new ways of wearing them. The maxi skirt is a lovely piece, I like the subtle side slit. Looks great with a matchy green top and cute birdy belt. You are inspiring me to shop in my closet, it's a great way to save money

  27. Seriously, Laura, you and your hair are inspiring me -- at least getting me to do more than my air-dry-then-frizz look. And those clogs do go with everything. I'm surprised I don't see a lot of clogs in Edinburgh -- it's mainly ballet flats which seem to be the worst rainy weather wear. I guess I just haven't toughened up my feet to the elements here.

  32. When my hair grows out, I want it to look exactly like yours. Also, your belt is so freakin' darling! I know what you mean about getting too distracted by video games to blog. I just beat Assassin's Creed 2, so hopefully I'll start catching up!

May the force be with you.
