One last winter wonder

cardigan, floral shirt: thrifted
infinity scarf, hair bow : DIY
midi skirt: Forever 21
cowboy booties: Express
gold messenger bag: GAP
specs: Warby Parker Sinclairs

It's hard to believe that these pictures were taken just a few days ago, especially because of current balmy weather we're experiencing. Late in the afternoon, it still gets quite chilly, which means its perfect weather for cardigans, so don't be surprised if you see this taupe cardigan popping up a few more times before the scorching summer.

  1. I love that cardigan and your scarf! It's cold and rainy here today, so that looks perfect to me! I sure hope for some warmer weather soon though!

  2. So pretty doll, I love cardigans. I do hope the summer weather would hurry itself up as I don't think spring weather is going to come at any time either, haha. xx

  3. There's still snow on the ground here too...and I'm sort of weirdly loving the last blast of winter. Also, great skirt and that chunky sweater is awesome.

  5. Isn't it crazy that it can go from snow to beautiful sunny weather in a week?

Your crocheted bow is beautiful and I love how you put it under your bun. Loving the lipstick too :) Heather

  8. you are so adorable! LOVE this outfit on you.
And yes, totally agree that the weather is so funny. It's nice out but freezing with the winds we are having. But, it's supposed to be really nice out mid-week before it goes back to not so nice. Go figure.

  9. You lucky lucky girl. You're so adorable. I started to worry about the cold with your legs and no tights, but then you said "balmy" weather and all my concern went out the window. Not only are you cute as a button, with stylish clothes, but you've got good weather. Some girls have all the luck.

  13. I never looks that chic or cute when there is snow on the ground -- must take Laura tips! Sadly chicness takes a back seat for me living in cold, rainy Scotland. So glad you guys are having balmier weather though. We've been promised higher temps (aka the 50s) come May... yes, May.
p.s. That scarf is beautiful, DIY queen!

  18. Loving the scarf and cardigan! It's super rainy here today and I'm thinking it will probably still snow at least once more before we are in the clear.

  19. I really like how your floral top and cozy knits look together. The combination pretty much sums up how I feel about Spring and why I favor it so. Colors and life return. Warmth returns, but doesn't overwhelm.
