Cheating Asian

If I were stuck in an island, and I could only have one kind of cuisine for the rest of my life, I'd choose Asian. That's cheating, I know, because there are tons of different kinds of Asian cuisine, but picking one over the other is like asking me who my favorite child is: THERE IS NO RIGHT ANSWER. Now if you were to ask me what kind of Asian cuisine do I always end up eating too much of, the answer is Chinese. I just have to have one more bite of crispy tofu!

What's your guilty cuisine pleasure?

  6. I'm in love with both hispanic and asian food (we have ton of each in restaurants in my neighborhood) but my ultimate guilty pleasure is red bean paste buns. I eat them for breakfast mostly when I have a sweet craving in the morning and I've found that the Korean brands are the best in size/taste/quality plus you they are only 200 calories.

  10. ITALIAN! I'm sorry. Was I shouting? I surprised even myself with how strongly I felt about that. I mean, I love mexican food but right now I'm adoring Italian. Ever since I went to Italy last year and had authentic stuff, I've been infatuated. I've gotten really lucky and found a show called "Two Greey Italians". Obsessed is putting it mildly. I do love me some good Asian food, particularly good Thai. I'm like you though. Give me good Chinese and I can't help but eat beyond my comfort level.

  12. I am a sucker for Greek Food. We have a yummy greek place right down the road where you can get two huge portions for $13. It is enough to feed 4 people. I am cheap and gyro meat is maybe the greatest thing in the world.
