Interwebless

Joker tee-Hot Topic:: wedges: Target:: bodycon: Forever 21

Still no interwebs at home, folks, so I'm sorry for the lack of posts or updates. I have been busy unpacking and still getting used to the area, so I'm afraid I haven't taken photos of anything new yet, either. So these photos are still from a couple weeks back. Outfit photos have been impossible to plan because I still have no idea where I packed half my belts or where to display half my shoes. I'm not the best packer and unpacker, obvs.

Our home is coming along nicely, albeit slow. B and I made the decision to leave all our old furniture behind, so we've been shopping around for some vintage pieces. (Not so) surprising fact: vintage stuffs in a larger city may be better curated, but also a lot more expensive. So most of my stuff is still in boxes, waiting for the perfect shelf or dresser to call home. Hopefully it won't be much longer. :)

  2. Moving can be such a time consuming this! Especially when it comes to the pack and unpacking parts - definitely feel your pain! But I'm sure you'll have the new place feeling like home in no time! Even if it's from a few weeks back, I'm glad that you shared this outfit. Loving the black wedges - they'd be so versatile!

  7. There's so much I love about this ensemble. I, myself, am a huge fan of all shirts that are comic related. Your mani and pedi are phenom. I particularly love the nude color on your nails. It's the perfect shade for your skin tone and I'll be darned if those aren't gold tips on the ends?!? You have to tell me how you did that so cleanly. And those shoes are gorg. Good luck with all the unpacking!

  8. This is such an adorable look, I love this skirt. I can't get over your hair color either, it is so perfect. I hope your new house comes together soon, it can take time, I've been in my place since October and my fiancee still has most of his clothes in boxes (men...). Our display room is still mostly boxes too, we have a lot of toys/cds/movies/etc.

  9. Ugh. I feel ya! I was internetless for a month last year and I felt like my world was crashing down! Especially not being able to write blogs. That was frustrating. Glad the move went well!

  14. Moving is so exciting but so much work. I kind of hope to move in the near future. I can't wait to see your new place. That skirt looks really great on you. I'm sorry I'm a little out of the loop. Time just has not been on my side with keeping up with my favorite blogs lately. I knew you had moved but where did you move to?

  15. I do think vintage items tend to be more expensive in bigger cities, that is for sure. I hope you find some fun and affordable items to put in your new home though!

  18. Yes, finding vintage (affordable) furniture is always an excursion. It took us a couple months to find the perfect coffee table, mostly because in larger cities people tend to know what they have ... sometimes, hence price markups! Love your outfit here and you look great! xx/Madison
