Oh graceful ruffle

Are ruffle skirts still in? I honestly don't even know, but I love the ballerina feel it gives to this outfit. In real life, I exhibit nothing close to what resembles grace, but I almost fooled myself looking at these pictures. What? You don't see it? Look at those ruffles! Only graceful people wear ruffle! Also, would you believe this skirt remained pristine even after a whole day of work? I dropped food on it as soon as I got home, but that doesn't count.

  4. I think the muted pink and the ruffles make you look extra ballerina-esque. The tights and the bun don't hurt either! This makes me want a floaty, twirly skirt.

  5. I completely agree that donning ruffles instantly makes one graceful. And I am impressed that you didn't get the skirt dirty as soon as you left the house...I definitely would have!

  6. I love the ruffles! I'd say they're still "in". I also love the leopard scarf! And way to go keeping it all clean until the end of the day, I'd have trouble with that if it was me!

  7. Haha, you're such a superhero under your normal-girl façade. Tell me, though, why is your skin so flawless looking? I need it. Flawless skin, not your skin in particular. I am creepy, but not quite that creepy.

  10. If ruffles aren't in, I just don't even care. I love the skirt. :D In fact, I'm going to be bold enough to say, I wanted even more. I wanted it to be longer, fuller and even have more ruffles. I think you totes look like a ballerina and that would've made it even more so. You make the whole thing look so sexy too. Is that a thing? A sexy ballerina? lol. I might need to put the beer down and walk away from the keyboard. Oh my. Hope you're enjoying your weekend!

  17. I'm laughing at your post because I can relate. If I wear anything ballerina-inspired I immediate improve my posture and start making graceful arm movements. Even though I'm about as far from a dancer as you can get!
