Dear Calamari Picante,

I stumbled upon you during my first trip to Zia's not long ago. And I confess, I haven't been able to get you out of my head. You are fried. You are spicy. You are tender and full of flavor. When I squeezed that lemon wedge all over you, I knew I was in for a treat. You didn't disappoint, and I enjoyed every morsel of your beautiful, squiddy self.
Love,
Laura

  4. I seriously want a plate of that so bad. I love calamari and I love spicy food. Why hasn't it ever been combined in my life? I want.
